Professional Background of the Founder:

After studying a Project Management degree in United Kingdom, Mr. Vikram was working in the Middle East for 12 years and have Managed several Interior Design and Build projects for Offices and Hotels especially in Qatar & Oman.

Later, for several years, Mr Vikram was working for Large Multinational companies in Mumbai and has been Managing Interior Corporate Office, Design and Build projects at a Management position in the organization.

Now, Mr. Vikram runs his own consultancy i.e V.G.C & has been as an ‘Independent Project Management and Design consultant’ for Several Contractors and End Users’ for their Commercial projects.

End User: Shares the Number of Staff and Other requirements with the Shortlisted Architects
Architect: Works on the Area statement and Submits a best TEST FIT Layout
Architect: Works out the Tentative Construction cost of the project
End User: Decides to buy the Property
End User selects the best TEST FIT Layout and Architect is selected
End User/ Architect: Prepare a BOQ and Vendor/ Contractor selection is commenced.
Quotations from Contractors are Invited and procurement process starts
The Selected Vendor/ s Kick Off the site.

  • 4. Calculated Cost for Interiors & MEP Works
  • 5. Estimated Construction timeline for His/ Her office project
  • 6. Number of Labors required to achieve the timeline.
  • 7. Recommended Vendors for every Product with their rates.

Safe areas are calculated considering Protected zones for each teams, Wider passages, 50 sqft/ workstation, Sanitation room before entering office.
