- 1. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN provides Area Statement details based on Calculations of a specific design for the space;
- 2. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN shall NOT be responsible for Erroneous Data inputs by the Website user;
- 3. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN shall NOT be responsible if The Design/ Room sizes suggested by OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN are revised/ changed by the End User/ The Architect;
- 4. The Vendors/ Suppliers mentioned in the OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN website are ONLY on Subscription Basis.
- 5. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN does the Vendor Verification before Subscription- Although; OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN shall NOT be responsible for Poor Performance/ Any BAD experience by any Vendor with any Client/ Property Owners/ Owner Representatives/ Architects/ Any Website Users/ Recommendations.
- 6. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN insists the USER to Rate the Vendors based on their experience. OFFICESTIMATOR.IN has the right to delete any Vendor at any point of time, If the USER rates BAD experience with the recommended Vendor. The Vendor has NO-RIGHT to ask for Refunding his/ her subscription cost in such a scenario.
- 7. The Rates suggested by OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN are as per detailed calculations. The User has to right to take these rates as Reference ONLY.
- 8. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN shall NOT be responsible for any Cost Variations during the project as claimed by the Vendor/ Supplier etc. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN is simply a Support tool for the Client/ Users and shall be used as an Indicative Budget/ Area calculator- OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN is NOT liable for any cost/ time/ quality variations executed by the Vendor (Subscribed/ Un-Subscribed in the Website).
- 9. OFFICEESTIMATOR.IN shall not be responsible for delays in Payments during the project/ Any Contractual implications between the vendor & the end User. OFFICESTIMATOR.IN is just a platform to link the Vendors and End Users, and shall not be responsible for any transactions/ deals/ experiences between any of the parties.
- 10. Officeestimator.in or its Parent company is Only a Marketing tool for Vendors to showcase their products.
- 11. Officeestimator.in will not be responsible, if any vendors does not get any enquiry or does not win any project after an enquiry from the user / architects viewing the website.
- 12. Officeestimator.in will not refund or repay or is No where liable, if the vendors do not win businesses in spite of registering with Officeestimator.in
